Trainees will be involved in day-to-day ministries working along side the missionaries. Those ministries include: meeting spiritual and physical needs, community visitation, tract distribution, daily contact with nationals, personal evangelism, medical clinic (consultations, emergency, surgery, pharmacy, laboratory). Trainees may also be involved in domestics or building and maintenance. Consideration will be given to those with abilities in specific fields. Some Creole language study available. Trainees will have a diverse ministry experience. These two ladies will spend the majority of their time helping at the Strong Tower Children's Home and the Deaf School. Both of these ministries are run primarily by native Spanish-speaking persons, so part of this experience is immersion in Spanish language and culture. Trainees will also help in several church schools. The remainder of the time will be divided between hospital visitation, street ministry, literature ministry, Bible Correspondence Course ministry, and helping missionary mothers.-$1,150.00

The focus of the time will be cultural study through language study, English teaching, English comers, and travel. Team members will spend approximately two weeks in a large Chinese city studying language, engaging in student ministry, and teaching English while learning first hand what it is like to live in the city. After that, they will travel to minority areas to prayer walk and experience the lifestyle of the majority of Chinese people. Trainees will be provided with initial help getting established and accountability for the time in the country; however, they will be responsible for initiating activities beyond what is planned when they arrive. - $3800.00
